Your unreleased work stays private.
Creatives in review are often confidential: launches, prices, campaigns. Here is how Yesquill keeps them that way.
Separate workspaces
Every company or client has its own workspace. People only see the workspaces they belong to, and every request is checked against that membership.
Files are never public
Creatives are stored outside the public web folder and served only to signed-in members of the workspace or to holders of a valid review link.
Review links you control
Choose what a client can do (view, comment, approve), add a password or an expiry date, and revoke a link instantly.
Strong account protection
Passwords are hashed, sign-in is rate-limited against guessing, sessions are signed, and changing your password signs you out everywhere else.
Full activity log
Uploads, comments, decisions, invites and role changes are recorded with who did it and when.
Responsible AI
The AI brand check only runs when a workspace turns it on. The creative and brand rules are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the review.
You own your data
Download any file anytime. Owners can delete a workspace and everything in it permanently from Settings.
Roles and permissions
Owners, admins, editors, reviewers and commenters each see and do only what their role allows.
