What is Yesquill?
Yesquill is an online tool for reviewing and approving creatives. You upload a PDF, image or video, your team and clients leave comments right on the spot they are about, and everyone approves in one click. It replaces long email chains and screenshots full of arrows.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Send a review link from any creative. Clients open it in their browser, type their name, and can comment and approve. You can add a password or an expiry date to any link.
How does pricing work?
You pay only for people who upload creatives (owners, admins and editors). Reviewers and commenters are always free, so you can invite every client, manager and legal reviewer without paying more.
What file types can I review?
PDF (including multi-page), PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, MP4, MOV and WEBM, up to 200 MB per file. Video comments stick to the exact frame.
What does the AI brand check do?
You write your brand rules once: colours, fonts, legal lines that must appear, words you never use, tone of voice. The AI reviews each upload against them and pins every issue on the creative before a human spends time on it.
Can I manage several companies or clients?
Yes. Each company gets its own private workspace with its own people, projects and settings. Anyone who belongs to more than one can switch in one click.
Does it work with Monday.com?
Yes, on Pro and Agency. Each creative becomes an item on your board, and status, new versions, comments and decisions sync automatically.
Is my work private?
Each workspace is fully separate. Files are only served to signed-in members of that workspace or to people holding a valid review link, and you can revoke any link at any time.
